Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and .NET. (Must have)
Solid experience with Azure cloud services (App Service, Functions, Key Vault) and modern CI/CD on Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. (Must have)
AI & LLM Expertise
Hands-on expertise with OpenAI or Azure OpenAI Service — embeddings, streaming, function calling, and system prompt design. (Must have)
Proven experience building AI-powered chatbots or conversational applications using RAG, semantic search, or agent-based architectures. (Must have)
Deep proficiency in prompt engineering: few-shot prompting, chain-of- thought, structured output, and evaluation techniques. (Must have)
AI Frameworks & Orchestration
Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as Microsoft
Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent for building agent workflows and multi-step AI pipelines. (Must have)
Proven experience with Azure AI Foundry or equivalent platforms (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) — model catalog, prompt flows, and evaluation pipelines; expected to build proficiency in Azure AI Foundry within 2 months. (Must have)
Developer Tooling
Practical experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude
Code, Cursor, OpenCode, or similar) and driving team-wide adoption. (Must have)
Communication
English level: Advanced or Fluent, able to communicate effectively with international stakeholders. (Must have)
Nice-to-Have
Experience with AI observability and evaluation tools such as LangSmith or Azure AI Foundry Evaluation.
Background in developer tooling, platform engineering, or DevOps on Azure.
