Responsible for managing both the peeling and color sorting sections of the cashew processing line. The role ensures correct operation of peeling machines, humidification chambers, and color sorting machines to achieve high-quality output, optimal peelability, accurate defect removal, proper moisture levels, and strong adherence to food safety standards (HACCP, BRC). Also responsible for manpower allocation, productivity improvement, and meeting production targets.

Qualifications include:
- Diploma or degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fields.
- Having 5–7 years of experience in the cashew processing industry and strong experience in peeling operations and color sorting equipment (required).
- Deep understanding of peelability control, moisture conditioning, and defect classification.
- Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, GMP, and food safety procedures.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to train workers effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple processing lines simultaneously.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting tools).
- Can communicate in English.
