Design standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports covering key revenue streams such as commissions, management fees, unused revenue, total transaction value, gross profit, customer pipeline, usage rate, and co-branded card programs.
Review and reconcile data across multiple systems including CRM, invoicing, finance, and product usage.
Standardize KPI definitions across the company, including metrics such as qualified leads, deal closing rate, transaction completion time, breakage rate, and offer usage rate.
Set up and automate visual reporting systems for the CEO and relevant departments.
Establish early warning mechanisms to detect abnormal trends in growth indicators.
Program Effectiveness Evaluation
Build ROI measurement frameworks for various programs such as point redemption, e-gift vouchers, co-branded card promotions, and retailer co-sponsored campaigns.
Conduct pre- and post-launch analysis to evaluate program effectiveness, focusing on metrics such as revenue uplift, offer usage rate, customer acquisition cost versus lifetime value (CAC/LTV), and net new user growth.
Identify key drivers of success or inefficiencies across dimensions such as industry, channel, messaging, user behavior, and technical readiness.
Provide recommendations on A/B testing strategies, budget allocation, offer assortment, and deployment models.
Sales Performance Measurement
Develop individual performance dashboards for the sales team, tracking metrics such as number of meetings, proposals sent, CRM adherence, deal closing rate, revenue, and total transaction value.
Analyze performance across customer segments, including industry, region, contract value, and onboarding time.
Propose incentive policies based on actual profit contribution and debt collection capability.
Participate in standardizing sales process stages and defining evaluation criteria for each stage.
Industry Reports Publishing
Compile in-depth industry reports for sectors such as Banking, Insurance, and FMCG, incorporating behavioral data, case studies, and benchmark metrics.
Standardize report structures to include executive summaries, key findings, and visual data appendices.
Collaborate on publishing bilingual (Vietnamese–English) versions to support sales teams, strategic partners, and B2B communications.

Job Requirement
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or related fields.
Professional Major
Proficient in advanced Excel or Google Sheets and basic to intermediate SQL, including joins and window functions.
Experience working with at least one data visualization tool such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase, or Google Data Studio.
Strong understanding of key business metrics including GMV, margin, breakage, CAC, LTV, and customer scoring.
Proficient in both Vietnamese and English for writing and presenting technical reports.
Related Experience
Possess 3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Growth, or Strategy Consulting.
Candidates with experience in Fintech, Loyalty programs, Payments, or FMCG are preferred.

Demonstrate strong system thinking and logical reasoning, along with deep analytical capabilities.
Skilled in writing whitepapers, extracting actionable insights from data, and clearly presenting complex information.
Able to collaborate effectively and communicate professionally across departments.

Additional Notes
Having skills in Python, particularly pandas, is an advantage, along with familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot and analytics tools like GA4 or AppsFlyer, or experience in developing performance measurement systems.
