Ensure compliance with Vietnam HSE laws and regulations (MoLISA, environmental requirements)
Implement site HSE systems Risk Assessment (JSA / HIRA), Permit to Work (PTW), SOPs and safe work practices
Conduct Safety inspections and audits, Toolbox talks and trainings
Monitor compliance to PPE usage, Unsafe acts/conditions
Support incident reporting and investigation (Why-Why, Fishbone)
Ensure compliance with IFC Standards, World Bank EHS Guidelines, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001, National Regulations
Manage Waste handling and disposal Environmental monitoring (air, water, noise)
Maintain Statutory records and documentation
Support emergency response and mock drills.

Working hours: Due to the factory working environment, employees may be required to work on Saturdays. Detailed working schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Requirement
Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Safety, Engineering, or Environmental Science
Knowledge of Vietnam HSE legal requirements
2-5 years of experience in factory / construction / warehouse HSE
Knowledge of Incident investigation, Environmental compliance
Good communication skills (Vietnamese + basic English preferred.)
