Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions
Organize, plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the technical pre-sales engagement for prospective clients to ensure the technical win
Act as a technical advisor during customer meetings, calls and on-site visits.
Conduct and lead partners/customer onsite solution evaluation
Provide first level technical support for solution evaluations
Prepare functional requirements, functional specifications and provide assistance in
Project’s statement-of-work (SOW) documents in support of system quotations.
Maintain high conformity working with sales teams
Contribute to the technical & competence development of employees by providing information transfer to internal teams
Job Requirement
At least 2 years of proven experience in technical presales, solutions engineering, or a similar role.
Professional experience as part of an enterprise company, including hands-on field sales support, security consulting, pre-sales engineering or similar experience
Good Chinese verbal skill. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills in Chinese. English is optional
Ability to successfully navigate and relate to varying levels of functional and technical personnel at customer sites
