Job Description

  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file monthly/quarterly tax returns (VAT, PIT, CIT) and ensure timely submission.
  • Financial Reporting: Formulate tax reports and financial statements; manage annual tax finalization.
  • Operational Control: Verify the validity of all input/output invoices and vouchers to maintain accurate accounting-tax balances.
  • Liaison & Audit: Serve as the direct contact for tax authorities, handling explanations and audit preparations.
  • Strategic Advisory: Monitor legislative changes in tax law to advise the Board of Directors on potential risks and optimization strategies.
  • Administration: Manage tax records and collaborate with the Department Head on internal process improvements.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing (Academic excellence preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years of proven experience in tax accounting or general accounting.
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of Excel and accounting software such as MISA, FAST, or Bravo.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of current Vietnamese Tax and Financial regulations.
  • Attributes: High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
