Conduct meetings and prepare written summaries in both Japanese and English.
Review, create, and update test cases and testing documentation based on project requirements and technical guidance.
Design and execute test plans and test cases across different testing phases.
Support requirement analysis and ensure test coverage aligns with system specifications.
Provide guidance and coordination for team members during testing activities.
Compile, analyze, and report test results and quality metrics.
Work directly with stakeholders and clients to clarify testing requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher.
Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, including test plan and test case design.
Strong requirement analysis and documentation skills.
Experience preparing reports, presentations, and communicating with Japanese clients or stakeholders.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to work onsite as required.
