Job Description

Position Summary:

The role is accountable for driving sales performance in the Vietnam market. This involves building strong relationships with both distributors and end-users, actively promoting the company's offerings, meeting annual operating plans (AOPs), achieving year-over-year sales growth, and contributing market insights to shape more effective sales strategies.

Location: Remote-based, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Key responsibilities:

  • Builds and manages responsible product channel P&L, Volume, Revenue, Profit.
  • To achieve sustainable & profitable growth and fulfill the business plan targets for Vietnam .
  • Develop channel strategy, stipulate the sales plans and lead the implementation.
  • Identifies financial and business impact of proposed product updates and activities within portfolio, prioritizes updates to support the channel roadmap, and based on prioritization allocates funding across the products.
  • Contact with the selected key accounts on a regular basis.
  • Keep close communication and alignment with marketing team in terms of sales & product marketing strategies & daily sales operational practice.
  • Participate in product/marketing strategies, trade shows & new product development.
  • Control responsible product channel business development cost and the P&L in the long term.
  • Develop new customers and project plan with clear timetable.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or similar field required;
  • Min 10 years business development experience in auto parts or related field.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, target development, consumer insight identification, brand foundational tools and activation within a brand strategy framework.
  • Proven capability to lead in a matrix organization driving collaboration across businesses and functions.
  • Excellent communication skill and ability to work with cross functional teams and develop the external customer networks.
  • Concept & Brief writing for product, service and commercial innovation and renovation.
  • Demonstrated contagious positive energy to influence, inspire and drive results.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
