Job Description

Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value projects.
Define project strategy and develop comprehensive execution plans aligned with business goals.
Ensure all project decisions and approvals are in accordance with the company’s governance policies.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support tendering processes and the preparation of competitive proposals.
Direct cross-functional project teams and allocate appropriate resources to meet key milestones.
Monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Serve as the main liaison for clients, partners, and other key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks that could impact project outcomes.
Ensure full compliance with legal, contractual, safety, and quality requirements at all stages of project execution.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in managing complex, large-scale projects with high commercial value.
Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, project budgets, and contracts efficiently.
Proficient in modern project management tools and software platforms.
