Job Overview The role is responsible for driving comprehensive marketing communications strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial performance of a large-scale retail destination. This position plays a key role in brand building, campaign execution, tenant collaboration, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication initiatives to promote the mall, its offerings, and services to both internal and external audiences.
Conceptualize, plan, and manage impactful decoration themes, events, and promotional programs across the mall.
Design and implement mall-wide campaigns and experiential activities aimed at enhancing customer experience, increasing footfall, and supporting tenant sales performance.
Manage brand assets and marketing collaterals; oversee content creation and campaign execution across social media platforms to achieve business goals and strengthen brand awareness.
Plan, coordinate, and manage public relations activities, including media coordination, press enquiries, and communications programs.
Oversee copy development and production for corporate materials, including publications, audio-visual content, multimedia assets, and presentation tools.
Work closely with tenants and external partners by understanding their business needs and proposing collaborative marketing initiatives to support mutual growth.
Lead and drive the team to achieve targets related to casual leasing, events, and advertising revenue in line with company KPIs.
Establish, monitor, and continuously improve customer service standards, policies, and procedures to ensure excellent service delivery.
Manage CRM initiatives, including member acquisition programs and value-added benefits or privileges for existing members.
Conduct regular market research to track trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations of the mall.
Oversee team management responsibilities, including supervision of the Marketing & Promotions team and Customer Service team.
Handle general management tasks such as reporting, budget control, and procurement for marketing activities in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business, or related disciplines.
Excellent written and verbal English skills, with strong capabilities in creative copywriting, business communication, and technical writing.
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications roles.
Solid hands-on experience across integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, public relations, brand activation, events, internal communications, and CSR initiatives.
Strong creative mindset, up-to-date industry knowledge, and a disciplined approach to managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Proven ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and drive them through to execution.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player with a positive and resilient attitude.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and commit additional time when required.
