Job Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
  • Apply Japanese project management principles and quality assurance practices to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Monitor project progress, handle escalations, and ensure alignment between technical and business objectives.
  • Manage resources efficiently and maintain delivery performance targets.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Japanese stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and cultural alignment.
  • Anticipate delivery risks and handle change management proactively.
  • Ensure all project outputs adhere to agreed technical, quality, and contractual standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and regular progress reporting.

Job Requirement

  • Extensive experience managing full-cycle software delivery projects for enterprise-level clients.
  • Proven track record in controlling project scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and English.
  • Demonstrated cross-cultural competency and experience collaborating with Japanese clients or teams.
  • Solid leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and guiding project teams.
  • Capable of identifying opportunities for account growth and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in or managing projects within the Printing domain is highly desirable.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent credentials are considered a plus.
