Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned business units, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
Act as a trusted HR advisor to Division and Department Heads on people-related matters including organizational structure, talent development, internal mobility, promotion planning, job design and workforce planning.
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, empathy and fairness.
Coordinate and support HR operations to deliver a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, including:
Onboarding & orientation
KPI setting and performance management
Performance review and evaluation processes
Internal training programs
Employee engagement and corporate culture initiatives
Off-boarding procedures
Participate in employer branding and university partnership activities such as scholarship programs, campus projects and career seminars.
Support HR communication and coordination with the Board of Directors and senior foreign leaders when required.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Job Requirement
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources; background in Talent Acquisition or HR Business Partnering is a strong advantage.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) is mandatory. Good command of English for workplace communication. Solid understanding of Vietnam Labor Law and the local labor market. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. Detail-oriented, well-organized, self-disciplined and able to work independently. Strong communication, problem-solving and presentation skills. Good planning and analytical capabilities. Proficient in MS Office applications.
