Job Description

Location: MXX3+V3W, Long Thọ, Phước An, Nhơn Trạch, Đồng Nai (Uniwin Factory)
Salary: ~25M + Bonus + Housing Allowance

• Take full responsibility for internal recruitment activities

• Plan recruitment strategies based on workforce needs and hiring targets

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and follow-up

• Write job postings, manage recruitment channels, and maintain hiring platforms

• Track recruitment data, analyze hiring effectiveness, and prepare reports

• Build and manage talent pool database

• Propose improvements to recruitment processes and systems

• Support job description development and employer branding activities

Job Requirement

• At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

• Good communication in English or Chinese

• Experience in factory recruitment is preferred

• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills

• Able to handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously
