Work closely with the head office to manage financial control, reporting, cash flow, and the monitoring of assets and liabilities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Support the development of financial policies, month-end and year-end closing activities, audits, and address queries from tax authorities and other external stakeholders.
Contribute to global financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling for various projects.
Prepare management reports, P&L statements, and variance analyses with detailed commentary; deliver financial insights to support business decisions; assist with donor reporting and annual submissions.
Collaborate with global FP&A teams on planning and analysis across fundraising, programme, and operational functions.
Lead and develop the finance team, promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-department partnership (including with legal and compliance).
Work closely with local leadership, especially the Country Director, to support day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in NGOs or the non-profit sector is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin/Chinese or Vietnamese is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required; CPA qualification or equivalent is preferred.
