Project, Backlog and Timeline Management: Overseeing the product backlog and project timelines to align with business schedules and key milestones.
Process Improvement Coordination: Working with internal stakeholders to strategize and implement business process improvements.
User Training and Empowerment: Creating training materials and conducting sessions to help users integrate new tools into their daily operations.
Automation and Workflow Design: Utilizing technologies such as Power Automate and VBA to design and develop automation solutions that support business processes and operations.
Coordinate with Development Team: Deploying functions according to business requirements and ensuring on-time delivery.
People Management: Coaching and leading a team of 7 members.
Dashboard and Monitoring: Developing and maintaining dashboards for monitoring microservice health and troubleshooting incidents.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or related fields.
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role within an international and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
SQL query proficiency (Inner Join, Left Join, etc.).
General knowledge of Big Data applications, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
Skills in modeling with mind mapping and proficiency in tools such as Visio.
UI/UX knowledge, with the ability to evaluate application/product designs.
Understanding of the garment and textile industry is a plus.
