Involve in a collaborative project with a Japanese client, focusing on the insurance domain
Act as a communication bridge between the client in Japan and the development team in Vietnam
Take charge of preparing detailed project documentation, requirement specifications, and related deliverables
Engage directly with Japanese stakeholders to collect, analyze, and clarify software requirements, and ensure clear communication with the offshore team
Support project planning, monitor team progress, and contribute to overall coordination and task management
Job Requirement
Solid hands-on experience in business analysis for SaaS-based IoT/IIoT platforms
Proficient in JavaScript, with a good grasp of how front-end and back-end systems interact
Skilled in using Figma for UI/UX wireframing, prototyping, and interface evaluation
Understanding of information security standards (e.g., OWASP, ISO/IEC) and best practices in data privacy
Familiarity with enterprise tools such as CRM platforms, Salesforce, or MES systems is an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate, and communicate effectively
Experience in Agile environments, particularly using Azure DevOps for sprint and task tracking
Proficient in English and Japanese communication (both written and spoken)
