Data Entry: Input customer and account information into internal systems within required timeframes.
Accuracy & Validation: Review, verify, and organize financial data to ensure accuracy before entry; identify and correct any inconsistencies or errors.
Record Management: Maintain systematic filing and record-keeping practices to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
Confidential Handling: Manage sensitive financial data securely and professionally.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance Manager and other internal teams to maintain data consistency and support reporting needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with financial software systems such as SAP (mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in data entry or accounting support roles; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Good English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and basic administrative abilities.
