Job Location: Vietnam based in HO CHIMINH

Report to: Sales Director




• Draw the sales plan for Vietnam;

• Meet sales quota set by the company;

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities at end user level and by vertical markets, set up business relations with partner, alliance, VAR, etc;

• Demonstrating strong ability to create sales and close new business

• Maintain and develop local channels and distribution

• Define sales strategies and formulate plans to support sales efforts

• Manage and drive initiatives with both new & existing accounts and partners to achieve sales growth and objective

• To monitor the customers’ forecast and provide the management with regular updates and reports including sales forecasts, competitive analysis, market trends and opportunities

• Coordinate with various internal departments and external partners to ensure successful project implementations;

• Communicate with major accounts to maintain long-term business relationships;

• Assist company to develop appropriate sales strategy in the region.



• University degree or above in Business, Science or Engineering discipline from esteemed college;

• At least 8 years working experience on sales, with at least 4 years in IT industry;

• A good record of 3 years marketing experience;

• Passion on technology, self-trained on new technology. Experience with Microsoft platform and products;

• Working knowledge of networking, RFID, and label printing solutions;

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

• Project management experience is a must;

• Experience in selling values to end customers, system integrators and ability to manage Channel partners

• Excellent command of oral and written English and Vietnamese;

• Superior and proven communication and interpersonal skill;

• Familiar with mainstream products of PBX, cabling, computer, network, storage and call center

• Able to work under pressure;

• Good business acumen, independent, self-motivated, organized and good in managing priority

• Must be customer-oriented, ability to influence customers at all levels and a strong team player

• Ability to work with initiative and under pressure

• Familiar with cross-cultural environment;

• Good team spirit and service mindset;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Willing to travel.
